Services
Public education is available. Private services are not currently open through this site.
You can use Claire Elise Wellness articles, reflection tools, and appointment-preparation resources without becoming a private client. Nothing here asks for your name, because nothing here needs it.
Available now
- body-literacy and transition education — the full set of notes on cycles, coming off contraception, postpartum, perimenopause, bleeding changes and the rest;
- the Clinical Prep & Regulation Map, a workspace for observations, unknowns and questions that keeps your entries on the device in front of you;
- the Provider Question Map, for the appointment where you get roughly ten minutes and would like to spend them well;
- the Transition Observation Record, for dates, bleeding, symptoms and context you would otherwise be trying to recall under pressure;
- the Foundations Reflection Map, for the ordinary things — sleep, nourishment, movement, stress — that tend to get blamed last and matter first;
- sleep, nourishment, movement, mood, and practical-wellness articles.
Not currently offered here
- private coaching or individualized care;
- appointment booking;
- emergency or crisis support;
- payments or subscriptions;
- remote storage of private wellness observations.
That last one is a decision, not a gap waiting to be filled. What you type into the prep tools stays in your own browser, which means nobody here can read it, lose it, or pass it on. Clearing your browser data clears that too, so print or save a copy of anything you want to keep.
If private services become available later, the scope, eligibility, privacy practices, fees, communication boundaries, cancellation terms, and complaint process will be available before anyone is asked to book or pay.
Until then, nothing is being held back for paying customers. The educational role and the limits around it read the same for everyone, and the boundary between Vanity or Vice and this business is set out in full on the Services page.
If something is urgent, none of this is the right page. Call the clinician who knows you, or emergency services.
